We are celebrating the Norfolk Food Festival in style – and we’d like you to join us!

The Festival this year runs throughout September, and we are contributing four fabulous wine dinners.

Those of you who came to our wine dinners during last year’s Food Festival will know what great evenings these are. Once again we have invited four of our favourite wine merchants to present wines, partnered by five course dinners created by our great team of chefs.

Tickets for each of the dinners costs £70, including dinner and all wines (aperitif, plus two wines per course); places are limited to just 26 per dinner, and can be booked on 01603 626626.

Tuesday 7th September: Regional France dinner
Featuring wines from France’s up-and-coming regions, source of some of the best value bottles on the shelves today, this dinner will be presented by Jerome Lambert, the French-born expert and proprietor of Wroxham-based Bijou Bottles.

Tuesday 14th September: Classic France dinner
James Long of Corney & Barrow has become an institution at The Last Wine Bar, a true wine aristocrat. So it’s entirely appropriate that he will be presenting the classic wines of France to accompany a suitably classic French dinner.

Tuesday 21st September: Spain & Portugal dinner
EDP wine columnist Derek Robertson, of Norwich-based Premium Wine Collections, presents the best of Spain and Portugal’s wines alongside an Iberian dinner created by the Last’s team of chefs.

Tuesday 28th September: Italy
Wine and food are inseparable in Italy, and this dinner will reflect that perfect marriage. A five course dinner, with two wines served with each course, presented by Phil Weeks of John Armit Wines.
